Terms of Service
By using Bold-eSIM, customers and reseller partners agree to the terms below governing eSIM delivery, activation, usage tracking, refunds and support.
eSIM Delivery
After a successful purchase, the eSIM is delivered digitally as a QR code along with a tracking link. Delivery is electronic only; no physical SIM is shipped. Availability and pricing are subject to upstream provider capacity.
Activation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring their device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked before activation. The QR code should be installed in the destination region, and activation begins according to the selected plan terms.
Usage Tracking
Each plan includes a secure tracking link to monitor data usage and remaining validity. Tracking links should be kept confidential, and resellers must not share admin credentials or API keys.
Refunds
Once an eSIM has been delivered and activated, it is generally non-refundable as the data allowance is provisioned. Issues caused by incompatible devices or incorrect activation are not eligible for refund. Eligible cases are reviewed individually.
Support
We provide support for delivery, activation and usage questions. If you experience connectivity issues, toggling Airplane Mode or restarting the device often refreshes the network connection.
